Andrea Cauli

He graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna and subsequently qualified as an Italian Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista).

 

He is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna, the Register of Statutory Auditors and the Register of Auditors for Local Authorities.

 

With extensive experience in administration, finance and control, he primarily advises companies and non-profit organisations on tax, financial and corporate matters, as well as providing financial advisory services in relation to wealth management.

 

He serves as a director, member of boards of statutory auditors and statutory auditor of companies and non-profit organisations.

 

He is also a civil and commercial mediator.

 

He provides professional training for organisations and companies on matters related to his areas of expertise.
