Luisa Pasquali

he graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Salerno and subsequently qualified as an Italian Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) at the University of Bologna.

 

She is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna, the Register of Statutory Auditors and the Register of Auditors for Local Authorities.

 

She primarily advises companies on corporate, accounting and tax matters, including groups of companies and extraordinary transactions.

 

She serves as a director, member of boards of statutory auditors and statutory auditor of companies.

 

She provides professional training for training organisations and companies on matters related to her areas of expertise.
