Angela Pasquali

She graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Salerno and subsequently qualified as an Italian Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) at the University of Bologna.

 

She is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna, the Register of Statutory Auditors and the Register of Auditors for Local Authorities.

 

With extensive experience in accounting, tax and corporate matters, she primarily advises professionals, sole proprietorships and companies, including permanent establishments of foreign companies in Italy.

 

She serves as a member of boards of statutory auditors and as a statutory auditor of companies.

 

She provides professional training for training organisations and companies on matters related to her areas of expertise.

 

She has also gained significant academic experience through collaboration with the University of Bologna, where she served as a teaching assistant in Planning and Control Systems.
