He graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna and subsequently qualified as an Italian Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista).

 

He is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna, the Register of Statutory Auditors and the Register of Auditors for Local Authorities.

 

With extensive experience in administration, finance and control, he primarily advises companies and non-profit organisations on management, financial and corporate matters.

 

He serves as a member of boards of statutory auditors and as a director of companies and non-profit organisations.

 

He regularly delivers seminars and workshops for training organisations, Chambers of Commerce and companies on matters related to his areas of expertise.

 

He has conducted and published studies on the financial rating of companies.
